General Return Policy

Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. aims to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not entirely happy with your order, our return policy allows you to return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging, with all product information included. Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. reserves the right to impose a 20% restocking fee or refuse a refund/exchange on any sale for items that show any signs of use or that are returned without complete product information.

If your product has been with you for over 30 days and you discover a manufacturer's defect, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty statement and reach out to them directly. If you encounter any issues with the manufacturer or need assistance contacting them, we are more than happy to help in any way we can.

Please note that Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. reserves the right to decline any attempted return that displays signs of use; such items will be returned to the customer/sender without a refund.

Rifle Scope Return Policy

As part of our return policy, rifle scopes may be returned within 30 days, provided they have not been mounted (mounting the scope involves placing it in rings, mounts, or attaching it to a weapon). Once mounted, a rifle scope is deemed used, making it ineligible for refund, exchange, or return. Be certain this is the scope you want prior to mounting. If the scope is suspected of being defective after mounting or after the 30-day window, it must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Return Shipping

According to our shipping policy, all return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be appropriately packaged in an external box and insured for the full retail amount by the returning customer.

Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. and www.coldboreinstitutions.com assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we highly recommend you insure your return.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending your return. After you’ve reached out, you will need to include proof of purchase in your return package, which consists of receipts, invoices, and order numbers, along with the reason for your return. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive a refund notification, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method for that transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund process to complete before seeing the return payment in your account.

Canceled Orders

Customers may cancel an order anytime prior to shipping at no cost to themselves. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, and we will notify you prior to any cancellation.

International Shipping

Currently, our shipping policy specifies that we only ship within the United States of America. Any orders placed from outside the USA will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
