General Return Policy
Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchases and we will do what we can to make things right. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for any reason within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in new condition in the original box, with all of the original packaging and product information. Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. reserves the right to impose a 20% restocking fee or refuse a refund/exchange on any sale for items that have any indication of use, or which are returned without all product or packaging information.
If you have your product for over 30 days and become aware of a manufactures defect, please refer to the manufactures warranty statement and contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any problems with the manufacturer or need any assistance contacting them, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Cold Bore Institutions, LLC. reserves the right to decline any attempted return that clearly exhibits any signs of use, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer/sender without a refund.
Rifle Scope Return Policy
Rifle scopes may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been mounted (placing the scope in rings, mounts, or attaching to a weapon constitutes mounting). Once mounted, a rifle scope is considered used and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. Please be sure that this is the scope you want prior to mounting. If the scope is suspected of being defective after mounting or after 30 days, it must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Return Shipping
All return postage is at the customer's expense. Returns must be appropriately packaged in an external box. Returns should be insured for the full retail amount by the returning customer.
Cold Bore Institutions, LLC., and www.coldboreinstitutions.com assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipment, therefore we highly recommend that you insure your return with the carrier.
Return Process
If you are wanting to return an item, first contact us prior to sending your return item to us. Once you've contacted us, you will be instructed to provide proof of purchase in your return packaging. This includes any receipts, invoices and order numbers. Please provide the reason for your return as well. Once we have received your returned item(s), you will receive a refund notification with the refund issued to the original method or payment for that transaction. This can take up to 10 business days to process before you see your return payment in your account so, please be patient.
Canceled Orders
Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping and will incur no cost to the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. We will notify you prior to the cancelation.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States of America. Any orders placed outside the USA will be canceled, refunded, and not fulfilled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
